Edited July 11, 2012 to add: WARNING! I must confess, I was quite infuriated when I wrote the first 6 paragraphs, so I apologize for the foul language and bombastic, crude personal opinions. At the time, I had been reading about this case for a few days and it was so horrific that I felt like screaming. It is truly a disturbing tragedy that should have never happened. Skip down six paragraphs if you find it offensive.
This first video is from last September, after Kelly Thomas, a schizophrenic homeless man, was killed in July 2011 abythe hands of six vicious cops, who we now know beat and tased him for over nine minutes straight as he screamed for his father, who happens to be a former police officer. The tape of the brutal murder had yet to be released at the time of the video news report.
In the video you will see eyewitnesses, captured by a metro camera, describing what they had just seen. One man seemed genuinely concerned, but no one did anything. What can they do? Well, legally, like actual law, not the globalist perversion of it, you CAN attempt to stop those sick cretins using as much force as necessary, but we haven’t had an administration that respects or follows The Constitution in quite a while, so even if you stopped the cops under 100% legitimate circumstances, you would probably still be labeled the criminal, sentenced to jail time, and probably tortured. And even if you tried to stop them and failed because those shit-dwelling cowardly pustules of oozing bile beat you to death, you’d probably be posthumously found guilty, have your citizenship revoked, your existence erased from history, and all your possessions and family members confiscated by the Blue Shirts (The BSA) for the Fourth Reich.
I’ve decided not to imbed the new video because even when the video is not playing, a very graphic photo is displayed. I do think it is important to at least have a quick peek at it, even if just for a fraction of a second. We need to know the severity and inhumanity of this horrific attack The video does not show the full 9 minutes minutes of brutality that was captured on a 33 minute long tape, but just a few moments is enough to make you vomit or scream or punch a wall, so this is a warning that it is disturbing footage. I had to turn off the sound and turn my head a few times.
WARNING: GRAPHIC VIOLENCE
They have made it acceptable to brutally (or stealthily) murder, sexually assault, and rape the American people. Remember, any penetration is rape. With the medically-pointless government-mandated transvaginal ultrasounds (a ten inch long plastic probe, thicker than a tampon, is inserted into the woman’s vagina for absolutely no reason except to coerce, punish, or shame her) and Supreme Court- approved strip searches for not having a bell on a bike, cavity searches, and many of the TSA’s enhanced pat-downs (which is TSA speak for “sexual assault by worthless creeps”) , allow and mandate abhorrent sexual abuse that you must take without a sound or a tear, or reciting your fourth amendment, or you risk missing your flight, incurring exorbitant fines, risk of further abuse, and arrest. I have heard far too many reports of aggressive, rough, perverse TSA scum, some sticking their fingers into women’s vaginas through their thin underwear, or even going inside of their underwear. How free does your freedom really feel?
How many ridiculous laws do we need forced upon us until we realize we are under the rule, and on the leash, of an abusive oligarchial-totalitarian regime?
We must remember, THE PEOPLE WILLING TO BE GOVERNMENT THUGS ARE DANGEROUS. RESIST THEM PEACEFULLY and always be ready to assist your brothers and sisters if a government thug is hurting them. YOU MUST stand up to these TSA-holes, these herpes sores infecting the testes (or should I say “resistance”?) of America’s modes of transportation, these parasitic anal-probers for which a bed of feces would be too generous a place for them to lay their wretched, evil, empty brains. Do you like the way this freedom feels?

Shameless Cops’ Defense Blames Medical Personnel for Death of Police Brutality Victim Kelly Thomas from ABC News (report and video) – From May 10, 2012
Before anyone claims that I am saying all cops are bad, let me say I do not feel that way. There are wonderful men and women who experience things many of us could never imagine nor endure, and I am appreciative of them. I have worked with some good cops that seemed to have my best interests, as well as the community’s, at heart. However, I often wonder how good cops can stay silent when their co-workers are engaging in reprehensible activities or crimes. This creates hostility and resentment, and puts officers and the public at odds with one another, allowing for greater risk of violence, injury, and death while undermining justice and what it means to be an American with integrity, an American that actually holds The Constitution in high regards and wishes to live by it.
I say there are no peace officers because they are no longer referred to as officers of the peace, and the presence of cops is not much of a symbol of safety and comfort these days. They are now law enforcement officers, which just sounds disgusting in a free country. How is the community supposed to have a healthy relationship with someone deemed an “enforcer,” and who also belongs to a group containing known criminals? They do not protect and serve us.
The Supreme Court ruled that police have no obligation to help you, protect you, or stop a crime from being committed against you.
After skimming this report it appears that one could argue that police were never meant to be our protectors, because we are supposed to be able to defend ourselves, which makes sense. How can we possibly expect police to be everywhere and stop all crimes before they happen? (I must note that the verdicts in the cases above are totally heinous and the officers should have been held responsible for at least negligence. And Mr. Thompson, a man facing the death penalty, should have had a chance to introduce to the court new, relevant evidence that could change the ruling.) Do we really want them engaging in pre-crime? Oh wait, they already do (video). I just found the report linked above and read through it quickly because I thought it was an interesting perspective, but I haven’t fact checked yet, so I encourage you to do your own checking if you think it is worth your time. If the report contains incorrect information, it still would not change the fact that police legally don’t have to help you or keep you safe. However, if you see something erroneous in the report, please point it out.
In the grand scheme of things, police don’t exist for your sake, they exist for the state. There are other government agencies that don’t exist for your benefit either. ADA to keep you healthy? No, their purpose is to make the government money.
The public must remember that their charter is to serve the needs of their constituents, dentists. They should not think that any created illusion, for instance that the public interest is the ADA’s prime focus, is actually little more than a distortion of reality. I wish to make it clear. This is as it should be. Their charter is to see to the needs of dentists, and as a private society with only dentists as members, this is completely appropriate and expected of this kind of organization. But the ADA would like to appear to the public as less of what is essentially a trade union, and more as a benevolent public service organization. They are not a public service organization.
And this does not mean that they do not have programs that the public benefits from, it just means that those are secondary to their primary function.
Hopefully by now people have learned that FEMA was always meant to be used for civil unrest and not humanitarian rescue missions. DHS? Their new mission is to focus on American citizens and ordinary crime in the US. They specifically say they will not be focusing on terrorists because “there are enough agencies pursuing the terrorist adversary to allow DHS to build a new analytic foundation that emphasizes data, analytic questions, and customer groups that are not the focus for other agencies.” Everyone is a suspect to our police and our government, who have essentially been federalized. They violate our rights, lie to us and tell us things are law when they are not. In fact, they often don’t know the laws themselves, and that is highly disturbing. Now we have legitimate reports that the DHS has purchased 450 MILLION rounds of .40 cal expanding hollow point bullets, which cannot be used in overseas conflicts according to the Hague Convention of 1899. The DHS is also looking for 175 million rounds of .223 caliber ammo.
Go to youtube after you finish reading this, search for “police brutality,” and see how many results you get. Do you want to know how many you will find? Too fucking many. I posted videos I stumbled upon last night at the bottom of this post. You will notice many are women and children. I did not go seeking any incidents involving specific age, race, or gender, but youtube makes suggestions, and there are so many police brutality cases involving children and women that more videos just kept popping up.
This is an epidemic and anyone who denies it is either blind or disingenuous. The website injusticeeverywhere.com used to update every single day with a list of police brutality cases being investigated or in the courts. It’s repulsive and shameful. If people don’t wake up NOW, they WILL become a victim. They must stop living in denial. We DO live in a police state, but the ridiculous laws have been put in place incrementally using gradualism.
“In politics, the concept of gradualism is used to describe the belief that change ought to be brought about in small, discrete increments….Gradualism is one of the defining features of political liberalism and reformism. In Machiavellian politics, Congressmen are pushed to espouse gradualism.
Have you seen the pictures of the DHS armored vehicles? Why does Department of HOMELAND Security need these vehicles on US soil? They are NO LONGER peace officers or police, they are PARAMILITARY. When you look at the pictures of armored vehicles in this post, try to step back and wash away the instinctual idea of what these are supposed to represent (freedom, protection, strength) and see them for what they really represent: an encroaching police state destined to take over every inch of our country if we don’t do something NOW.
In the mid-1980s there were about 2,000 or 3,000 SWAT raids conducted a year. Today, 70,000 to 80,000 raids are conducted per year, with botched raids occurring very often, sometimes resulting in death or injury to the innocent victims who’s homes were wrongly intruded upon. Our police officers are given HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of dollars worth of surplus military equipment every year through the DoD Excess Property 1033 Program. Departments around the country have received things like 16,000 pound machine gun-equipped armored personnel carriers called BearCats , grenade launchers, helicopters, military robots, M-16 assault rifles, helmets that can withstand ballistic fire, helmet-mounted infrared goggles, remote-controlled inspection robots, mobile command units worth $270,000, “Pumas” armored tactical vehicles, black hawks and other helicopters, drones, and most likely other things we do not know about. In 2011 police departments across the country, large and small, received over $500 million dollars worth of surplus military hardware, with the 2012 budget already exceeding that by an increase of at least 400% before the end of 2011.
“One of the most alarming side effects of the federal government’s war on drugs is the militarization of law enforcement in America. There are two aspects to the militarization phenomenon. First, the American tradition of civil-military separation is breaking down as Congress assigns more and more law enforcement responsibilities to the armed forces. Second, state and local police officers are increasingly emulating the war-fighting tactics of soldiers.”
“Most Americans are unaware of the militarization phenomenon simply because it has been creeping along imperceptibly for many years.”
Do the things in these pictures look like they belong in a free country during peace time?
The next video is really good. You must watch this next one. I enjoy the non-malicious sarcasm and mockery, but this is not a comedy video.
WARNING: Graphic violence in The Following Videos
He only received a misdemeanor.
On November 5, 2003, police raided a high school in Goose Creek, South Carolina, in an effort to purge the school of drugs. After rounding up the students and searching their lockers, no drugs were found and no charges have been filed.
School and police cameras captured officers bursting into the school hallway and waving their guns at students. As you will see in this video clip, police pointed guns at the students’ heads, handcuffed them, and made them lie on the floor or kneel with their faces to the wall while an officer with a drug-sniffing dog searched backpacks and belongings.
“I assumed that they were trying to protect us, that it was like Columbine, that somebody got in the school that was crazy or dangerous,” one student said. “But then a police officer pointed a gun at me. It was really scary.”
WATCH THIS, WAKE UP
This video was created as an example of the importance of filming the police. Video provides transparency, accountability, and an accurate account of incidents that occur. It is no secret that the United States has a serious problem with police abuse, brutality, and corruption. It is essential for civilians to document their encounters with police officers to ensure transparency, accountability, and safety to all of those involved.
Police departments have, for too long, tried to bully, intimidate, threaten, arrest, or otherwise harass law abiding citizens for recording the activities of law enforcement in public. Enough is enough! It is time for all of us to take a stand and expose police brutality when we witness it. Even if the officers behavior is correct, and justifiable, we still encourage the recording of the police activities for the transparency and accountability that is desperately needed in many departments.
If you see something, film something, the freedom of press begins with you!
If you would like to upload this video to your Youtubes, we only ask that you copy and paste the entire description, logo, links, all that you see here. Thanks everyone.
