FREEDOM FOR PRESIDENT!

CLEAN AND STERILIZE THE WHITE HOUSE AND CAPITOL HILL!

This is not my video.  It was posted by Moksha75ar3 on YouTube.

Before anyone gets their chastity belts in a twist, Sinead was singing this haunting rendition of “War” in protest of the known rampant child abuse in the Catholic church occurring around the world.  She sacrificed her career to do what thousands of religious leaders would not; she spoke the truth, stood up for the weak, and called out the real evil, the real enemy, even if it did wear a pretty robe: Not just the pathetically reprehensible abusers, but the people who do nothing to stop  abusers, tyrants, and sadists.

TSA: Baby On No-Fly List, ‘Blasted’ For Spending in Congressional Report, Assaulted Geraldo

13 May

The TSA has taken the saying “any publicity is good publicity” a little too far, or they’re just an embarrassing,  incompetent waste that violates innocent Americans everyday.

Family of “No-Fly list” Toddler Wants Apology

It is exactly what it sounds like.   An 18 month year old girl and her family were removed from the airplane because the baby was shockingly on the list by mistake (note sarcasm) .  Getting a TSA apology is extremely rare, and even then, they are usually backhanded, and when the controversy forces them to change procedure, they still don’t acknowledge they are “modifying” their abuse because they went too far.  They admit they are inefficient instead, which is supported by the latest congressional report covered in this post.   However, if you want to carry gun parts through security, the parts will be confiscated, but you won’t be arrested and you’ll be allowed to fly.  FUN FACT:  I just accidentally entered “inneffected” into the search engine when making a copy and paste error.  The FIRST item listed was RT News: TSA Security: Inneffective and violating.  That is so sad.

Geraldo Details TSA ‘Rape’ Pat Down: ‘My Junk Was Junked’

I find it odd when they start laughing.  Are they just so ridiculously pious that the word “junk” and the very real daily molestation of Americans makes them giggle like school girls, or do they not take it seriously?  “You gotta make sure.”    My gay cousin Bubba, a former prison guard AND inmate, would be more than happy to “make sure” Mr. FauxNews man isn’t a terrorist.

TSA blasted over security equipment spending (article)

This is the second massive spanking given to the TSA by congress in six months, this time citing intentional lying and delay of congressional oversight.  The other report published in November of 2011 gave them an all around failing grade.   I’m disappointed to see once again they didn’t mention that the AIT visual strip search machines are completely worthless, have cost one BILLION dollars, and ex-TSA head Michael Chertoff and other government officials profited from the sales, but the report was still not complimentary at all.

Congressional Report excerpts

Airport Insecurity: TSA’s Failure to Cost-Effectively Procure, Deploy and Warehouse its Screening Technologies

“The report makes recommendations emphasizing TSA’s need to more effectively develop its deployment strategy prior to the procurement of screening technologies.”

“Key Findings-
TSA Procurement, Deployment, and Storage of Security Technology and Equipment at its Transportation Logistics Center”

“TSA is wasting hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars by inefficiently deploying screening equipment and technology to commercial airports. As of February 15, 2012, TSA stored approximately 5,700 pieces of security equipment in warehouses at TSA’s Transportation Logistics Center (TLC) in Dallas, Texas.”

  • As of February 15, 2012, the total value of TSA’s equipment in storage was, according to TSA officials, estimated at $184 million. However, when questioned by Committee staff, TSA’s warehouse staff and procurement officials were unable to provide the total value of equipment in storage.
  • TSA’s annual costs for leasing and managing the TLC are more than $3.5 million.
  • Committee staff discovered that 85% of the approximately 5,700 major transportation security equipment currently warehoused at the TLC had been stored for longer than six months; 35% of the equipment had been stored for more than one year. One piece of equipment had been in storage more than six years – 60% of its useful life.

NY Court: Just Viewing Child Porn Not State Crime

NY Court: Just Viewing Child Porn Not State Crime

nbc.newyork.com from AP

NY court: Just Viewing Child porn Not State Crime – Wall Street Journal

The Court of Appeals agreed that Kent was properly convicted because he had downloaded, saved and deleted 132 images. But the majority said some images in his computer cache, temporary files automatically stored from sites he viewed, cannot be held against him under state law.

The five judges said it’s still a federal crime to knowingly access with intent to view any book, magazine, periodical, film videotape, computer disk or other material containing an image of child pornography. Under state law, such browsing can be used to show a guilty intent, that access to an illicit image or site was not a mistake, they said.

“Nonetheless, that such images were simply viewed, and that defendant had the theoretical capacity to exercise control over them during the time they were resident on the screen, is not enough to constitute their procurement or possession,” Judge Carmen Beauchamp Ciparick wrote. “Rather, some affirmative action is required (printing, saving, downloading, etc.) to show that defendant in fact exercised dominion and control over the images that were on his screen.”

TSA Does It Again! I-TEAM: Congressman Canseco’s ‘aggressive’ pat-down shown in TSA video

In this video, Congressman Canseco (R-TX) says,

“I went through the full-body scanner, they stopped me and they said ‘we’re going to have to pat you down,'”

“I said OK; I lifted up my arms, they start patting my leg very, very aggressively. The guy goes up close to my groin and when you get pat there it hurts! And there’s a very human reaction when it hurts there — you move the offensive thing out of the way and you step back.”

TSA Gives Pat-Down to 7 Year Old Girl with Cerebral Palsy Causing Her to Miss Flight

4 May

Photo of Dina Frank. (Photo by CBS 2)I had missed this incident, reported on April 25th by CBS about a 7 year old girl with cerebral palsy being aggressively patted-down by the TSA, which caused her family to miss their flight.  The TSA, as usual, defends their decision, using deception again when they say it was a modified pat-down.  A clear description of a modified pat-down does not exist.  They modified PROCEDURES, like allowing kids to leave their shoes on, multiple passes through strip-search scanners and medical detectors, and explosive trace detection, which can involve lifting up your children’s clothing, but they did not modify the pat-downs, and the groping has continually been reported to be just as disgustingly invasive as the molestation inflicted upon those 12 and over.

“TSA has reviewed the incident and determined that our officers followed proper screening procedures in conducting a modified pat-down on the child.

Controversy over Undercover TSA on Houston Buses, Video and Links

27 Apr

METRO’s official website stated after the exercise that “Law officials performed random bag checks”

A Press release before the exercise  stated bag checks would take place, yet  METRO officials continued to deny that any bag searches had occurred besides those where the passenger had been pressured into giving permission.

“On April 13, the METRO Police Department invited TSA to be a part of its bus-safe exercise.   METRO said then and repeated for days afterwards there would be random searches of bus and train passengers’ bags,” reports ABC 13.

“METRO and TSA were going onto the buses and questioning people about their normal routes and their normal behavior, and it just kind of creates an atmosphere of fear,” said METRO rider Derrick Broze.

“I don’t feel like by purchasing a ticket or riding a bus that I have to forfeit my Constitutional rights and my protections and be subject to search or seizure,” Broze told METRO board members. “We don’t plan on letting this issue die if the TSA stays in our city.”

The Chief of Police, Victor, Rodriguez, has already confirmed the unconstitutional searches and ID-ing will continue to take place and quite possibly become routine.   METRO President and Chairman George Grenias promised that warrantless bag searches would not occur, even though Rodriguez told ABC 13 last week that “he does have the right to search your bag and may tell his officers to do it.”

In the 2011 congressional report trashing the TSA, the purpose of the agency is stated:

TSA‘s mission is to establish screening security standards for all modes of transportation When originally established in the Department of Transportation, TSA was given the broad leeway to complete that mission. In March of 2003, TSA was integrated, along with 21 other federal agencies, into the new Department of Homeland Security (DHS)”

Don’t think it won’t happen in your city.  There were more than 9,300 TSA/VIPR checkpoints conducted in the USA,000 checkpoints last year alone

TSA Defends Pat-Down Of Crying 4-Year-Old Girl At Kansas Airport

27 Apr

TSA Defends Pat-Down of Crying 4-Year Old Girl at Kansas Airport

WICHITA, Kan. — The grandmother of a 4-year-old girl who became hysterical during a security screening at a Kansas airport said Wednesday that the child was forced to undergo a pat-down after hugging her, with security agents yelling and calling the crying girl an uncooperative suspect.

The child’s grandmother, Lori Croft, told The Associated Press that Brademeyer and her daughter, Isabella, initially passed through security at the Wichita airport without incident.  The girl then ran over to briefly hug Croft, who was awaiting a pat-down after tripping the alarm, and that’s when TSA agents insisted the girl undergo a physical pat-down.

Isabella had just learned about “stranger danger” at school, her grandmother said, adding that the girl was afraid and unsure about what was going on.

“She started to cry, saying `No I don’t want to,’ and when we tried talking to her she ran,” Croft said. “They yelled, `We are going to shut down the airport if you don’t grab her.'”

But she said the family’s main concern was the lack of understanding from TSA agents that they were dealing with a 4-year-old child, not a terror suspect.

There was no common sense and there was no compassion,” Croft said. “That was our biggest fault with the whole thing – not that they are following security procedures, because I understand that they have to do that.”

Brademeyer, of Missoula, Mont., wrote a public Facebook post last week about the April 15 incident, claiming TSA treated her daughter “no better than if she had been a terrorist.”   The posting was taken down Wednesday.   Another post said the family had filed formal complaints with the TSA and the airport.

he TSA released a statement Tuesday saying it explained to the family why additional security procedures were necessary and that agents didn’t suspect or suggest the child was carrying a firearm.

“TSA has reviewed the incident and determined that our officers followed proper screening procedures in conducting a modified pat-down on the child,” the agency said.

The statement noted that the agency recently implemented modified screening procedures for children age 12 and younger to further reduce the need for pat-downs of children, such as multiple passes through a metal detector and advanced imaging technology.

“These changes in protocol will ultimately reduce – though not eliminate – pat-downs of children,” the statement said. “In this case, however, the child had completed screening but had contact with another member of her family who had not completed the screening process.”

Why did they need to modify their procedures of molesting every child that wanted to fly?  Because they know these sick “modified” pat-downs, which have proven time and time again NOT to be any different than the molestation those 12 and over endure, are WRONG, INVASIVE, AND HARMFUL

U.S. Sen. Jon Tester, a Montana Democrat, pressed the TSA for more information Wednesday.   Tester, a member of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, said he was concerned the TSA went too far.

“I am a staunch advocate for effective transportation security, but I’m also a strong advocate for common sense and the freedoms we enjoy as Americans,” Tester wrote to TSA Administrator John Pistole. “Any report of abuse of the power entrusted to officers of the TSA is especially concerning – especially if it involves children.”

In a phone interview from her home in Fountain Valley, Calif., Croft said Brademeyer tried to no avail to get TSA agents to use a wand on the frightened girl or allow her to walk through the metal detector again.   She also said TSA agents wanted to screen her granddaughter alone in a separate room.

“She was kicking and screaming and fighting and in hysterics,” Croft said. ”  At that point my daughter ran up to her against TSA’s orders because she said, `My daughter is terrified, I can’t leave her.'”

The incident went on for maybe 10 minutes, until a manager came in and allowed agents to pat the girl down while she was screaming but being held by her mother.  The family was then allowed to go to their next gate with a TSA agent following them.

Croft said that for the first few nights after coming home, Isabelle had nightmares and talked about kidnappers.   She said TSA agents had shouted at the girl, telling her to calm down and saying the suspect wasn’t cooperating.

“To a 4-year-old’s perspective that’s what it was to her because they didn’t explain anything and she did not know what was going on,” Croft said. “She saw people grabbing at her and raising their voices.   To her, someone was trying to kidnap her or harm her in some way.”

That last sentence is so powerful.  Even a four year old knows this is wrong and harmful.  Call your representatives and demand these abuses and violations of our civil liberties  stop immediately.  Please.  Drop some of this knowledge on them:  How Scared of Terrorism Should You Be?

” a rough calculation suggests that in the last five years, your chances of being killed by a terrorist are about one in 20 million.  This compares annual risk of dying in a car accident of 1 in 19,000; drowning in a bathtub at 1 in 800,000; dying in a building fire at 1 in 99,000; or being struck by lightning at 1 in 5,500,000.   In other words, in the last five years you were four times more likely to be struck by lightning than killed by a terrorist.”
