Rudy Eugene: No Bath Salts, Only Marijuana, Found In Face-Eater Toxicology Tests | HuffingtonPost

Rudy Eugene Toxicology Drug Tests No Bath Salts

It wasn’t bath salts.

According to a full toxicology report released Wednesday afternoon by the Miami-Dade medical examiner, the only drug detected in the lifeless body of infamous Miami face-chewer Rudy Eugene was marijuana.

“The department’s toxicology laboratory has identified the active components of marijuana,” the medical examiner said in a statement, according to NBC Miami. “The laboratory has tested for but not detected any other street drugs, alcohol or prescription drugs…This includes cocaine, LSD, amphetamines (Extasy, Meth and others), phencyclidine (PCP or Angel Dust), heroin, oxycodone, Xanax, synthetic marijuana (Spice), and many other similar compounds.”

CBS Miami reports that the medical examiner’s office sought the assistance of an “outside forensic toxicology reference laboratory” to help confirm the absence of common ingredients of bath salts, a synthetic amphetamine cocktail blamed in severalrecentincidents that bear some similarity to Eugene’s attack.

“Within the limits of current technology by both laboratories,” stated a press release from Medical Examiner Dr. Bruce Hyma, “marijuana is the only drug identified in the body of Mr. Rudy Eugene.”

The report did not address previously reported autopsy findings of what appeared to be undigested pills in Eugene’s stomach, according to the Miami Herald, and an expert told the Associate Press marijuana alone was not likely to cause such an attack.

“The problem today is that there is an almost an infinite number of chemical substances out there that can trigger unusual behavior,” said Dr. Bruce Goldberger, Professor and Director of Toxicology at the University of Florida.Goldberger said that the medical examiner’s office in Miami is known for doing thorough work and that he’s confident they and the independent lab covered as much ground as possible. But it’s nearly impossible for toxicology testing to keep pace with new formulations of synthetic drugs.

“There are many of these synthetic drugs that we currently don’t have the methodology to test on, and that is not the fault of the toxicology lab. The challenge today for the toxicology lab is to stay on top of these new chemicals and develop methodologies for them, but it’s very difficult and very expensive.” Goldberger said. “There is no one test or combination of tests that can detect every possible substance out there.”

Zombies in the News: Infection or Perception?

5 Jun

In just one week there were five different incidents of cannibalism, with only four of them being actual crimes.  While cannibalism is believed to have existed since ancient times, it is not something that is reported so often that it is no longer shocking and disturbing to most people.  So why are we seeing more gruesome attacks, zombies in the movies, zombie survival websites, and a zombie survival guide and zombie novella/comic (both were created by the Center for Disease Control [CDC], something many people do not realize)?  And why is the government pushing Disaster Preparedness?   It has trickled down to the lowest level of governments.  I have seen announcements in the town newspaper about FEMA and their new designated shelters, schools all over the country hold terrorism and disaster drills,  some schools practicing them monthly. Are they conditioning our children to be less shocked by a disaster?  You could go deep down the “why” and “what if” conspiracy hole and get no where, so we’ll just have to keep paying attention and see what evidence we can find to substantiate any theories.

The elites are preparing too, with underground bunkers and super seed vaults.  I have seen websites advertising bunkers.  Take a look at terravivos.com.  They have homes in an underground resort.  This  is supposedly a recording of someone calling one of these bunker businesses.

So what is the government expecting?  Is it something specific, or are they acknowledging that the world is at a dangerous, crucial point in time that may take us to a reality we’ve never before known?  Are they just being cautious, and the zombie theme that has become so prevalent in pop culture is just a coincidence?

FDA Admits to Killing 100,000 People A Year, Why Are We Okay With This?

“Why Learn about Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)?”

Why Learn about Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)?  (link from FDA.gov)

Imagine there is a huge food producer that makes a multitude of  products consumed by millions of Americans each year.  Now imagine that the food producer knows their products kill 100,000 people and cause over 2 million serious adverse health effects every year, yet they do not stop producing or selling them.  Would the American people allow those products to stay on the market?  Would we hold the food producer accountable and insist on charges of involuntary manslaughter if the statistics are known facts found on the FDA website? (see below)

  • Over 2 MILLION serious Adverse Drugs Reaction (ADRs) yearly
  • 100,000 DEATHS yearly
  • ADRs 4th leading cause of death ahead of pulmonary disease, diabetes, AIDS, pneumonia, accidents and automobile deaths
  • Ambulatory patients ADR rate—unknown
  • Nursing home patients ADR rate— 350,000 yearly
