LOST is Centralized Control of the World by the UN

June 9th, 2012

The UN’s Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) will deliver American sovereignty and seven-tenths of the world’s surface through allocation of oceans and seas to the UN by way of the entanglement of global bureaucracy.

Over three decades ago, then President Ronald Regan rejected LOST, saying “no national interest of the United States could justify handing sovereign control of two-thirds of the Earth’s surface over to the Third World.”

The writers of LOST want to give the UN power to draw oceanic boundaries to impose environmental regulations and restrict business on the high seas.

LOST would give critical US naval and drilling operational decision making and final word to the UN.

Regan believed LOST was an “effort to promote global government at the expense of sovereign nation states — and most especially the United States.”
On Capitol Hill, supporters of LOST include Senators Richard Lugar (who now heads the Senate Foreign Relations Committee), Chuck Hagel, John Warner, Trent Lot.

The coalition of the US Navy, multi-national oil corporations led by Shall and radical environmentalist lawyers are providing advocacy for the UN’s usurpation of our individual rights as an independent nation.

Big oil supports LOST because of its provisional extension of jurisdiction over the continental shelf beyond the current 200 mile limit.

However, LOST requires that royalties of between 1 and 7% be paid to the International Seabed Authority (ISA) on the value of oil and minerals produced from those waters.

Effectively, the UN would regulate offshore and deep-sea production all over the world. The financing would come from American taxpayers. The taxation collected by the ISA would be redirected to the UN.

Larry Bell of Forbes magazine wrote that “as much as 7 percent of U.S. government revenue that is collected from oil and gas companies operating off our coast” and then reallocated by the UN to “poorer, landlocked countries.”

In the name of environmental justice, trillions of dollars would be siphoned from Americans.

Police Handcuff and Detain Forty Bank Robbery Bystanders; Story Details Change Without Note By CBS

7 Jun

There are a few phrases in the English language that I assumed made everyone’s ears burn and turn red when they heard them.  I don’t know who first told me to be wary of these simple words, but I do not doubt the warning.  There is something very chilling in justifying criminality and tyranny with these short statements:

The ends justify the means.” and “For the greater good.”

CBS reports that Chief Daniel Oates shamelessly declared “The ends justify the means” because a suspect was caught after the Aurora Police Department shut down an intersection in search of a bank robber.  At the intersection, the police stopped 19 cars, and detained all 40 innocent people who had been riding in the vehicles, because the officers had some undisclosed technology providing information that promised “virtual certainty” that the bank robber was among the 40 innocent Americans being harassed.  The cops had the suspect’s name but no picture, description, or any idea what car the robber would be in. This somehow permitted an ordinary crime, once again, to be the reason for the annulment of the fourth amendment, and therefore the disrespect and arrogant dismissal of the rule of law and justice.  frederickleatherman.wordpress.com had this to say:

A reasonable suspicion is more than a mere hunch. It requires articulable facts and circumstances that would cause a reasonable person to suspect that a particular individual had committed, was committing, or was about to commit a crime.

Apparently, Officer Fania was looking for a particular weapon, which he believed was concealed in one of the vehicles at the intersection, but he did not have a description of the robber or the vehicle the robber was driving or in which he was riding. Therefore, every vehicle the police stopped was an unlawful stop, including the stop of the vehicle that contained the person they subsequently arrested.”

Obama Abandons Hope & Change, Embraces John McCain To Portray Romney As Right Wing Nut

Obama Embraces John McCain To Draw Contrast With Mitt Romney Ahead Of 2012 Election | Huffington Post

June 4, 201215 Militants Killed in Suspected US Drone Strike in Pakistan | CNN

(This blog post was written before the above headline broke.  This would bring total deaths from U.S. drone strikes in Pakistan this year to an estimated   117 to 132, making it the the  20th U.S. drone attack on Pakistan in 2012.)

Rick Loomis/Los Angeles Times/MCT Newscom

An alternate title I came up with is “Obama Wants to Make McCain Look Cool To Make Romney Look Even More Uncool; Meanwhile U.S. At War With Pakistan.”   I say war because Obama has ordered 19 drone strikes just this year, killing between 102 and 117 people.  That is an act of war, but since no official has announced it, it just doesn’t exist, I suppose.    2 + 2=4, I promise.

I really loathe politicians and their expensive political theater, but I thought this was an interesting piece because it calls out the real reasons behind Obama’s uncomfortably fuzzy embrace of McCain.  It is obviously a ploy, with the goal being to paint Romney as a right wing extremist.  If they’re trying to propagate  the image of Romney being an extremist who actually wants to live by The Constitution, they have their work cut out for them.  If they want to shape his character into an extremist who is an uneducated racist,  constantly talks about guns, and hates anyone who isn’t Christian, they have their work cut out for them.

Feinstein: TSA Molestation “Very Necessary,” Americans Need to Be “Sympathetic” To Groping

Senator Feinstein wants you to shut up and spread ’em.

Feinstein: The Gropings Will Continue

I’m always surprised at how my disdain for this woman continues to grow.

The government is milking this C.I.A. leak for all it’s worth.  It is serving many purposes:  Reiterating the terrorist threat, shaming Americans into continuing to put up with more TSA molestation, striking more fear into people who leak information or whistle-blow, and showing off the government’s amazing ability to thwart it’s own plots.

Feinstein says the public “hasn’t been sympathetic” to the poor TSA non-officers molesting us, and says she doesn’t mind the pat-downs. Other government officials do mind the groping, and have in fact described the procedures as molestation.  After speaking out about the thug agency,  the officials have found themselves further targeted by TSA bullies with even more aggressive pat-downs than before, leaving some of the officials with sore testicles.

I want to stress:  The government initially said there were NO plans for the bomb except that the attack was supposed to happen around the anniversary of Bin Laden’s death, May 2.  There was no exact date, no location chosen, no plane tickets purchased, and the government specifically said there was no risk of it being taken aboard a plane They also said we were never in any danger.

Greece Weighs Technocrat Government – WSJ.com.

This has already been discussed within the last year (link and another link) for a solution in various parts of the world, but I sure don’t remember hearing about technocracy 10 years ago, however I wasn’t exactly reading the news at that time.

It’s too soon for Greece to have the idealistic technocracy.  They have no money to build the infrastructure needed for the smart grid and internet of things.  I also think the global energy network aka worldwide smart grid needs to be further developed as well for efficiency to be maximized, but it could be possible without the whole world being on the same steps in development, I don’t know, I’m not an “expert.” (technocracy– a theory or system of society according to which government is controlled by scientists, engineers, and other experts)  They need the smart grid, intelligence and data facilities, a way to pay for and possibly manufacture new appliances, a new transportation system, and more to efficiently exert total control over all aspects of life.  Of course, not until trans-humanism or some other evolution can I imagine anyone being capable of making apolitical decisions for society.  I have some old Technocracy books I need to pull out and read.  Anyway, I’ll be keeping my eye out for more technocracy talk.
